The Green Park apartment complex lies within the boundaries of the prestigious golf resort of Golf del Sur, based in the South of Tenerife just a few kilometres from the main Tenerife South airport. Once an apart-hotel, this holiday accommodation complex now consists of around 200 one and two bedroom apartments many of which are made available for those looking for Green Park rental accommodation in Golf del Sur.

All of the holiday apartments in Green Park come with private sun terrace or balcony, a safety deposit box and telephone. Most apartments also have pre-installed satellite television.

These days, Green Park is going through a regeneration project, during which time the complex is suffering a little and is in need of a lick of paint. The complex has been looking tired and a little run down and the  closure of the hotel has disrupted activities here. Most of the facilities which used to exist have closed, or  are in the process of closing down. At this time there are no facilities in Green Park for young children.

Green Park Rental Accommodation

In its favour, Green Park does have three swimming pools on two levels. This includes a large pool on the main level, with another pool and a separate children’s pool on the upper level. Both of the upper pools have  nice views of the lower sundeck. There are plenty of sun beds available and the swimming pool area does catch the sunshine all day. Tennis lovers will appreciate the court that is available in this poolside area.

There is a launderette on-site, and also a desk where you may organise car hire and where tickets for excursions and Tenerife's main attractions can be purchased. A café bar is open throughout the day offering snacks and meals, and you can often find entertainment and karaoke in the English pub which is open from 1 p.m.  onwards. Late night revellers can find a late bar within the complex, which is open daily from 4 p.m.

For those needing to stock up on some shopping, there is a small, well-stocked international supermarket directly across the road in Las Adelfas 1 - next to the take-away and the Irish pub .
