Fairway Village in Golf del Sur, is situated completely within the golf course and is therefore totally surrounded by the lush green vegetation of the course. There is only one road in, and therefore no through traffic, making it extremely safe and secure and highly desirable to those seeking Golf del Sur Rental Accommodation for their family holiday. Many owners in Fairway Village make their accommodation available for private rental holiday lettings, making the community a nice balance betweeen residents and tourists, with many visitors returning every year to enjoy their holidays in Golf del Sur.

Offering the Perfect Golf del Sur Rental Accommodation

The village is comprised of over 100 individually owned bungalows and villas of a Mediterranean village style, complete with the obligatory terracotta roof tiles, and have a variety of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. The golf course surroundings provide Fairway Village with a peaceful and serene atmosphere away from the normal hustle and bustle of the other holiday resorts. In fact, many of the accommodations have views to the golf-course, the sea, or the communal pool area - and together with the enclosed gardens, this provides the occupier with a more homely feel than other more anonymous rental accommodation or hotels in Golf del Sur.

Each accommodation in Fairway Village is a self contained bungalow or villa and is set in its own grounds with both front and rear gardens, all with an individual touch and kept to an unusually high standard, great for the evening BBQ's or just catching up with a holiday sun tan in total privacy. The narrow streets throughout the community provide an intimacy normally only found in older traditional villages and the community atmosphere can be best appreciated during a summer's evening stroll around the complex, perhaps stopping off for light refreshments in one of the complex's two bars and restaurants.

On-Site Pools, Bars and Restaurants

The Fairway Village complex has three swimming pools: one for the kids and two larger pools, one of which is heated in the cooler winter months allowing residents and holidaymakers the benefit of all year round swimming. The swimming pool area is open from 9am until 10pm and in the evenings the area is spectacularly lit up with underwater lighting. The pools are in a gated community area and access is gained by the use of a special key which is available to holiday renters. With this system in place you will find that the pool area is never overcrowded, with sun beds freely available even in the busiest summer holiday periods.

Alongside the pool area you will find the Oasis lounge bar which is open daily from 10am to midnight offering everything from all day snacks including full English breakfasts, jacket potatoes with different fillings & freshly made sandwiches - to superb full a la carte evening meals. The oasis lounge bar has been operating for many years now and has recently undergone a total refurbishment. The bar is always a favourite haunt most evenings for many of the local residents and visitors enjoying their vacation.

Fairway Village's other bar/restaurant is the newly opened Cafe Par. This is also open daily and offers all kinds of food and international cuisine and benefits from an additional delicatessen counter for those extra snacks. Filled with all the home favourites, you can be sure of finding something to suit everyone’s taste buds. Cafe Par is situated on the left hand side on the entrance road to Fairway Village.

Fairway Village Holiday Amenities

Not only is Fairway Village an idyllic base for your holiday in Golf del Sur, it is also only a very short walking distance from all facilities of shops, bars and restaurants. You will notice on the map that there is a circular one-way system and Fairway Village is directly in the centre of this, offering the best access to everything.

The Golf del Sur resort has its own 24 hour security and accommodation here is therefore much safer for your holiday than the main resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. In addition, and unlike these resort areas, Golf del Sur has no parking difficulties.

With all of this in mind, Golf del Sur and especially Fairway Village makes for a great family holiday location.
