The El Nautico apartment complex offers excellent luxury holiday accommodation in Golf del Sur. El Nautico was recently an apart-hotel and under the ratings scheme for hotels, carried a 4 star rating. The complex is now under new private ownership and has been converted into first class holiday accommodation apartments.
El Nautico has a stunning seafront location with superb views of the ocean and the Tenerife coastline. Located in the tranquil golf and holiday resort of Golf del Sur, the accommodation is only a few minutes drive from the main Tenerife South airport and is ideally located, with the major resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos only a short trip away by taxi, car or the excellent local bus service.
El Nautico Rental Accommodation
The accommodation at the El Nautico was built in 2002 and comprises 66 apartment suites, built over four floors, with each apartment having a private bathroom with Jacuzzi, a separate kitchen area, air-conditioning, telephone and satellite TV. All apartments come with a balcony or sun terrace, and have sea views. A pool bar/restaurant is also available. It is open throughout the day, serving snacks and cold drinks. In the evening the area converts to a bistro restaurant, serving a fine "à la carte" international menu. There is also a small tapas bar positioned on its own sundeck, which is fabulously situated directly on the cliff edge, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
El Nautico has a main reception desk for visitors who are checking in to their Golf del Sur Rental Accommodation, and services such as daily foreign newspapers are also available from this area. A small fitness centre, sauna and a Turkish bath steam room are also on the complex should you fancy a daily exercise routine or some total relaxation.
The bar area does have a nice reading room with a book-swap programme in operation, and there is a pool table situated in the bar area. Parking is available to all guests either in the small main car park or in the secure underground parking facility, which has lifts up into the complex. Families with younger children may struggle to keep the kids entertained, as there are not too many facilities on site - however, there is always something close at hand in Golf del Sur. The nearest supermarket is around 400 metres away in San Blas, the main Golf del Sur commercial area which is also full of bars, restaurants and shops.
If you are looking for a peaceful holiday break, and enjoy some luxury and fresh sea air, then maybe El Nautico is the place for you.
