According to the Daily Mail today the National Association of Estate Agents advised that the number of house hunters hit its highest level for four years last month, based upon estate agents reports. This is the highest level since September 2007. The number of houses available for sale also increased and reached its highest level for three months. The rise in the amount of property for sale over the course of the last month is believed to be that many vendors think that their property can be sold if priced sensibly. However completed property sales have remained about the same.

From our point of view at Homes and Away it is encouraging to see that the number of enquiries is increasing in the UK because that can only have a positive effect on Golf del Sur property sales. It is however still a very cautious market and vendors should still be aware of how they price and present their property.
