When we deliver your hire car you must provide a valid driving licence, passport and a valid visa or master card for payment. We require no payment up front, and do not charge for cancellations (we don't have your card details), although we'd be grateful if you could let us know.

car hire Delivery Terms and Conditions

  • Drivers need to have held a valid driving license for a minimum of 2 years and be 25 years old or over (under 70)
  • The minimum rental period is for 3 days. For shorter periods other conditions may apply. Please contact us
  • We will need original driving license documents. Photocopies will not be accepted
  • The rental car make and type are subject to availability
  • Outside office hours there is a modest charge for car delivery (see additional charges).
  • Regular office hours are: Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 18:00 Saturdays: 09:00 - 13:00
  • Payment is made at the time of collection and can be made by card (Visa, Master) or in cash, but a valid credit card number is required as a guarantee.
  • Cars need to be returned with the same amount of fuel and in the condition they were received.
  • Charges include full insurance. There is an excess on the insurance in the classes A-C of € 120,00 and D-H of € 240,00
  • The excess can be paid in cash (or charged to the card) as a refundable deposit which will be returned upon return of the car in the same condition.
  • The deposit will be withheld or charged against if the car is returned late, damaged, or with insufficient fuel.

Delivery outside office hours and on public holidays:
  • Mon - Fri: 18:00 - 24:00 - € 20,00
  • Saturdays: 13:00 - 24:00 - € 25,00
  • Sundays / Public holidays / other hours - € 30,00
