Following on from the unprecedented success of our Christmas, New Year, and Valentine´s special functions, and after several enquiries from our regular customers in Golf del Sur, asking if we were going to do something special for Easter Sunday we have decided to do just that. This year we have decided to open the Rendezvous restaurant from 1-5pm On Easter Sunday and to offer a very special set menu to celebrate the occasion.

Well ladies and gents, another Valentine´s day has come and gone with great success here at the Rendezvous Restaurant in Golf del Sur. Almost 50 guests joined us for a very romantic evening indeed. As guests arrived they were greeted shown to their seats and welcomed with a glass of Champagne. The true romantics could be seen linking arms and toasting each other, some remembering many years together and others looking forward to the years ahead.

This week has been absolutely fabulous for us here at The Rendezvous as many old friends and regular wintertime customers arrive back in Golf del Sur after Christmas breaks in their droves. The number of people making us their first port of call when they get off the aeroplane has been quite staggering.

The Rendezvous Restaurant in Golf del Sur is often used by our clients as a place to celebrate special occasions or for a romantic evening out. On Saturday evening we were delighted that at the end of a romantic meal a young man produced a beautiful ring and asked his girlfriend to become his wife. We were even more delighted when she happily accepted! Champagne flowed and the celebrations continued into the small hours as other members of the family were informed and then joined the couple downstairs.

Well what a week at the Rendezvous Restaurant here in Golf del Sur. After a fabulous gala dinner at the weekend as a finale to the Canarian Open Bowls Championship, we have continued to be very busy if not actually full almost every night. Congratulations go to Graham Cathcart and Bob Booton on their win in the Canarian Open – Well done guys I believe that’s number 3 for you. A very special congratulations must also go to Jackie and Dave Playford who finished runners up in the competition. Jackie and Dave are very regular and very valued customers and friends of ours and it was fabulous to see them do so well.
